Carrot Cake Layer Cake
Moist, moreish, flavoursome and quite probably the best carrot cake you will ever eat. We have taken time to perfect this carrot cake recipe making sure it's moist, full of flavour and irresistible. The sponge is spiced with cinnamon and filled with chopped walnuts and sultanas for added interest.
You can choose to have either 2 layers of cake or 3 layers of cake for that wow factor. This delicious carrot cake is expertly decorated with heavenly vanilla buttercream and adorned with a crown of hand piped vanilla buttercream rosettes. The whole cake rests on a silver foil cake board, which sets it off nicely and is included with your cake.
Make your cake extra special with the option of chopped walnuts on top and edible silver balls placed on each buttercream peak.
