Our Dundee Tea Loaf is laced with whisky and is certainly a most delicious cake. It is moist, flavoursome and always a crowd pleaser. Just like our ever popular tea loaf cakes, the fruit is marinated in tea overnight so they become plump and juicy.  But with the Dundee tea loaf we add a generous amount of Scottish whisky too. We also add citrus peel and marmalade to give a citrus flavour, which compliments the whisky, and we finish it all off with spices, ground almonds and decorate with whole almonds on top.

The result is a moist, flavoursome tea loaf with hints of whisky and citrus. It is rather moreish and will disappear rather quickly from our experience!

Choose either the large size, which is 8 inches in length and serves 10-12 or the small size which is 7 inches in length and serves 5-7. Both sizes are available for free UK delivery by 1st Class Royal Mail.
