Victoria Sponge: A light and fluffy sponge cake, filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam and topped with a dusting of caster sugar.  

Contains: Wheat flour (gluten), sugar, free-range eggs, vegetable fat spread (milk), baking powder, butter (milk), raspberry jam, vanilla extract, milk.  May contain traces of nuts and soya.

Coffee Buttercream Sponge: A light and fluffy coffee flavoured sponge topped and filled with flavoursome and comforting coffee flavour buttercream.  

Contains: Wheat flour (gluten), sugar, free-range eggs, vegetable fat spread (milk), baking powder, butter (milk), coffee flavouring. May contain traces of nuts and soya.

Chocolate Buttercream Sponge: A light and fluffy sponge cake, topped and filled with our delicious chocolate buttercream.  

Contains: Wheat flour (gluten), sugar, free-range eggs, vegetable fat spread (milk), cocoa (milk), baking powder, butter (milk) May contain traces of nuts and soya.

Cherry Bakewell Buttercream Sponge: Soft and light almond sponge, filled with almond flavour pink buttercream and cherry jam and also topped with almond flavour pink buttercream. 

Contains: Wheat flour (gluten), sugar, free-range eggs, vegetable fat spread (milk), baking powder, butter (milk), ground almonds (nuts), almond extract, milk, pink food colouring (E422 glycerol, E1520 propylene glycol, E551 silicon dioxide, food colour: E122 Carmoisine). May contain traces of  peanuts, soya, sulphur dioxide and sesame.

Cherry jam may contain fragments of cherry stone.

Lemon Buttercream Sponge: A light and fluffy lemon sponge cake, filled with lemon buttercream and lemon curd and also topped with lemon butttercream. 

Contains: Wheat flour (gluten), sugar, free-range eggs, vegetable fat spread (milk), baking powder, lemon curd (egg), butter (milk), lemon juice, lemon peel May contain traces of nuts and soya.

Caramel Buttercream Sponge: A light and fluffy sponge cake, made with brown sugar for depth of flavour and topped and filled with smooth and tasty caramel buttercream. Also decorated with caramel sauce.

Bara Brith contains: Wheat flour (gluten), sugar, free-range eggs, sultanas, currants, Yorkshire tea.  May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya and milk.

Date and Walnut Loaf contains: Wheat flour (gluten), sugar, free-range eggs, butter (milk), dates (sulphur dioxide), walnuts (nuts, peanuts, sesame),  bicarbonate of soda. May contain traces of soya.

Lime and Ginger Loaf contains: Wheat flour (gluten), sugar, free-range eggs, vegetable fat spread (milk), lime juice, lime zest, milk, ground ginger, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, baking powder (gluten). May contain traces of nuts and soya.
