Ok, so I'll keep this short. These brownies are mind blowingly delicious!! The soft and fudgy brownie layer combines perfectly with the chewy and crunchy salted peanut caramel. It's finished off with meltingly decadent dark chocolate ganache. Pure bliss.
Oh and if you're wondering about the name Charlie Brownie, well it's named after the Peanuts Cartoon character Charlie Brown. It was a rather clever suggestion chosen by our fans. Brilliant!
