Who doesn't love a cherry bakewell tart? It's not very fitting for a celebration though. Well how about a cherry bakewell cake?
We have created a deliciously moist and flavoursome almond sponge cake, sandwiched with cherry jam and lovingly decorated with almond flavoured buttercream that has been dyed a beautiful pink colour. The cake is then expertly finished with feathered glacé icing and silver balls on the hand piped rosettes.
You can choose to have either 2 layers of cake or 3 layers of cake for that wow factor. The whole cake rests on a silver foil cake board, which sets it off nicely and is included with your cake.
