Non Alcoholic Christmas Fruit Cake

This exquisite handmade fruit cake will be the majestic centrepiece of your Christmas feast and will amaze your friends and loved ones with its style and flavour. 

This rich and moist fruit cake is packed with flavour and will have you coming back for more and more. It's the perfect non alcoholic Christmas Cake alternative with no compromises!

A week before we deliver the cake to you, our bakers brush the cake with warmed apricot jam and expertly cover the cake with marzipan.  The jam sticks the marzipan to the cake and both serve to seal in the moisture of the cake.  After a couple of days the marzipan has fully dried and is ready for our handmade royal icing. 

Royal icing is made from egg whites and icing sugar (similar to meringue), which is then expertly applied to the cake to give a whimsical winter snow scene.  A day or so later the icing will have dried and a ribbon with hand-crafted bow is wrapped around the cake. 

You can choose to leave the cake decorated with our simple and elegant bow or, for a more traditional style, you can choose to add a wreath of handmade fondant or marzipan holly leaves and berries, or for something more whimsical, a woodland scene of marzipan trees with chocolate tree trunks.  Each cake is also presented on a silver foil cake board as shown in the images.
