Moist, moreish, flavoursome and quite probably the best carrot cake you will ever eat. We have taken time to perfect this carrot cake recipe making sure it's moist, full of flavour and irresistible. The sponge is spiced with cinnamon and filled with chopped walnuts and sultanas for added interest. This loaf cake has no buttercream icing which makes it a much lighter option but it will still fire up your tastebuds and have you craving for more.
The large size is 8 inches in length and serves 10-12. The small size is 7 inches in length and serves 5-7 and both sizes are available for free UK delivery by 1st Class Royal Mail.
