Lemon Buttercream Layer Cake

What can be better than a delicious lemon buttercream layer cake to celebrate special occasions? Especially when it is made with real lemons! Inside are layers of light and fluffy lemon sponge cake sandwiched together with raspberry jam or lemon curd. You can choose to have either 2 layers of cake or 3 layers of cake for that wow factor. This delicious lemon sponge cake is expertly decorated with heavenly lemon buttercream and adorned with a crown of hand piped lemon buttercream rosettes. The whole cake rests on a silver foil cake board, which sets it off nicely and is included with your cake.

Make your cake extra special with three optional toppings all with crispy chocolate silver balls placed on each buttercream peak.

Your cake includes the silver coloured cake board as pictured. The cake in the photo is a 6 inch cake with 3 layers resting on an 8 inch cake board.
