This monstrously delicious cake will be a guaranteed hit with your little monsters.

The Purple Monster Cake consists of vanilla buttercream (dyed purple) covering 3 layers of soft and moist sponge cake . You can choose your flavour of sponge and filling. The whole cake rests on a silver foil cake board, which sets it off nicely and is included with your cake.

Your cake includes a silver coloured cake board like as pictured. The cake in the photo is an 8 inch cake with 3 layers resting on a 10 inch cake board.

Vanilla sponge version contains: Wheat flour (gluten), sugar, free-range eggs, vegetable fat spread (milk), baking powder (wheat), butter (milk), vanilla extract, fruit jam, fondant icing (sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, water, humectant (glycerol), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (xanthan gum, carboxy methyl cellulose), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring, colour (iron oxides and hydroxides)), colour gel (glycerol E422, propylene gycol E1520 silicon dioxide E551, colours E155, E122, E129 and E133).
